Credits pay for analysis and for questions in the chat. Analysing a recording uses one credit for each minute of video, rounded up. A chat question uses the number of credits shown on the ask button before you send it.

Credits belong to the account they were bought for. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Prices are in pounds sterling, include VAT at 20%, and are the full amount you pay. Your Stripe receipt shows the VAT. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. A price change never affects credits you have already bought.

Credits last 12 months from the last time you added any, by buying them or with a voucher code. Each top-up keeps all of your credits for another 12 months. We email you a month before they expire. Credits that expire unused are not refunded.

If an analysis fails, or the chat cannot answer a question from your data, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.

Credits are a digital service that starts as soon as you buy them. Before paying, you agree that it starts straight away and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start using the credits.

If you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, you can cancel it within 14 days for a full refund by emailing support@backtothet.co.uk. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance.

If something goes wrong with what you paid for, contact us. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
